Solutions for the 1VD-FTV Diesel 79 and 200 Series
We specialise in engine rebuilds for the Toyota 79 and 200 series, pimarily the V8 diesel.
A “Roller Rocker” prototype has been made and is currently being trialled, with further refinements being made.
An Oil Water Exchanger cooler upgrade is currently being modelled and designed. This includes base unit flow improvements.
We are also working on making improvements to the oil system. This includes the Main and Scavenge oil pumps, adding bushes and new in-house designs of gerotor units.
